AAA is looking for motivated insurance agents for our Gateway/Springfield office!

• Requires being a motivated self‑starter.
• Strong sales ability and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Property & Casualty license required; training for non‑licensed candidates available.
  • If not licensed upon hire, must successfully pass the licensing exam within 30 days of hire, and/or within three (3) examination attempts, whichever occurs first.
• Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ideal candidate has a positive attitude with a desire to serve our members.
• Eligibility for hire based on a clean background check and drug screen.
• High school education or equivalent, college degree or equivalent experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English language skills highly preferred (pay differential included!)
