** What You Will be Doing
** Provide semi-skilled facility maintenance and repair, facility rental administration, and general armory cleaning to National Guard facilities, in support of the Oregon Army National Guard and the Operations Branch of the Oregon Military Department, in compliance with State and Federal laws or regulations, policies, manuals, and procedures. This position acts on behalf of the State and the Oregon Military Department in generating Other Fund Revenue by consistently pursuing rental use of the assigned facility.

** Working Conditions
** Required to work from stepladders, portable and mobile man lifts, subject to loud noise areas and inclement weather. Also, requires bending, stooping, standing, lifting of heavy objects.  Shall be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).  Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.  Required to work with hazardous waste or materials, to include disposal, removal and replacement with like or other materials.

** What You Need to Qualify
** Must be 18 years of age.**-AND
- ** One (1) year of janitorial or custodial services that include the use of chemicals, tools and equipment that are used to perform the job.

**** Additional Requirements
** Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. This position requires travel within the geographic boundaries of the assigned maintenance area.
** Desired Special Qualifications
** Position requires knowledge and use of computers that manage the building’s operating systems.

Basic computer skills that include but are not limited to retrieving and sending emails, completing digital forms to order supplies, time entry, and regular online trainings.

** Must have and maintain a favorable Criminal background History check and be able to obtain and maintain a favorable Department of Defense National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Suitability Determination (T1). *(Conviction of a crime will not automatically preclude appointment, the circumstances involved in the conviction will be considered).
