- Accountable for attainment of annual volume, gross profit and safety goals for assigned territory.
- Accountable for performance of all sales, distribution, ad and display goals in assigned chains.
- Ensure supplier satisfaction by achieving mutually agreed annual business plan volume and distribution objectives.
- Assist with product forecasting by providing input on sales trend variances to allow for inventory modifications.
- Partner with Senior Management to ensure effective and efficient day to day operations; perform regular evaluations of sales department call frequency and service levels, out of sequence patterns, instill "Perfect Stop" and Route Execution to maximize efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Drive sales performance through Columbia Qualifier programs in accordance with company policies.
- Schedule, organize and lead all sales meetings as required.
- Perform Market Vision Performance (MVP) surveys as frequently as required by Senior Management.
- Identify and communicate opportunities seen within the market to senior management and proactively problem solve to make improvements.
- Recruit, train, motivate and develop your team.
- Strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to develop and motivate staff to achieve maximum potential.
- General knowledge of industry products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales reporting programs.
- Knowledge of budgetary process and management.
- Ability to build presentations and develop business reviews utilizing current data.
- Demonstrate flexibility in overcoming objections and personalities.
This position will manage a diverse group of employees from individual contributors to middle management people leaders.
Physical Demands- Lift/Carry and Push/Pull up to 50lbs.
- Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp.
- Use of industry tools: hand truck, six wheeler, manual pallet jack, box cutter.
- Work indoors and outdoors.
- Driving required.
This is a full-time position, days/hours of work vary, and may include weekends.
TravelAbility to travel throughout the day for visits to customer accounts.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
- Minimum of five (5) years previous beverage industry sales experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years previous sales management experience.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or advanced degree.
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
