Wealth Bridge Financial Group is seeking aproven financial advisorfor a strategicManaging Director. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.
As Managing Director, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.
You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
- Active Life and Health License required
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred(sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
- Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
- Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
- Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
- Must be authorized to work in the United State
- Certified Financial Planner preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
