In this role, you will oversee predictive and preventative maintenance operations for our facilities in a designated region. You will lead a team of dedicated technicians striving to ensure our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably, providing a safe and comfortable environment for both associates and customers.

Role Details
  • This position requires travel within the region for approximately 50% or more of your time.
  • You will collaborate closely with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to address facility service needs.
  • You will liaise with various vendors and contractors as necessary.
  • Responsibilities include reporting and analytics.
  • You will maintain current contractor licenses to ensure compliance with relevant authorities.
  • Participation in training programs will be required to stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and ensure effective performance of work, including conducting site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.
  • Obtaining and securing necessary permits and scheduling inspections in accordance with mechanical or building codes will be crucial.
Hard Skill Sets Needed
  • 3–5 years of General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience preferred.
  • Experience in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
  • Customer service orientation.
Soft Skill Sets Needed
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Ability to maintain a Mechanical Contractor license in the state of employment.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or a related area; or 5 years of experience in the aforementioned fields.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in General Maintenance and Supervising Associates.
  • Experience working on cross‑functional teams or projects.
  • Experience in commercial electrical work.
Compensation
  • Salary range: $90,000 – $180,000.
  • Individual compensation packages will be determined based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, qualifications, and other job‑related elements.
