Springfield Utility Board is seeking a Safety Program Manager to lead safety initiatives across utility operations. The role supports field crews, oversees tailboards, JHAs and emergency procedures, and requires driving capability with a valid Oregon driver’s license.
A Bachelor’s in EH&S or related field is required or an eligible alternative pathway. The position is exempt, non-union, full-time, with standard M-F hours from 8:00 to 5:00, and an hourly range of $54.44–$64.06.
