Branch Manager
This position is only eligible onsite work arrangements. Onboarding and training will take place at the Gateway and Thurston branches, with placement at the Mohawk branch estimated to begin in January 2027.
The full salary range for the Branch Manager position is $6,536 to $9,694 per month, with new hires generally starting between $7,594 to $8,634 per month, based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This range will be converted to semi-monthly ranges for exempt employees. Candidates who pass the Spanish language assessment will be eligible to earn an additional $1-$2 per hour.
This position is eligible for monthly incentives that range from $5.00 to $75.00, per sold product/service. In addition, all SELCO team members receive an annual incentive based on how well SELCO meets the prior year's strategic business goals. This incentive is calculated using the team member's prior year eligible earnings and ranges from 0%-12% (with the average payout over the last five years being 11.07%).

The Branch Manager ensures an exceptional service experience for SELCO's members, team members and guests; is responsible for overseeing operations, maintenance, and appearance of the branch; and provides leadership to ensure adequate staffing, training, and attainment of sales and service objectives.
Maintain a thorough understanding of specialized subject areas to evaluate trends, provide expert recommendations, and propose targeted improvements.
Utilize knowledge and experience to identify and analyze problems, drive solution-oriented decision making, and engage the appropriate resources through collaboration or delegation to achieve successful outcomes and resolution.

Ensure smooth branch operations, safety, procurement, and team communication.
Ensure delivery of exceptional service and promote SELCO products and services.

Develop and implement process and procedure improvements to enhance the department's service capabilities and operational efficiencies.
Participate in and/or lead projects containing departmental elements, including coordinating the work of team members assigned to projects.
Identify staffing needs and work on requisitioned positions in a thoughtful and timely manner.
Research and make annual budgetary recommendations. Approve invoices as authorized.
Research, establish, and oversee the maintenance of vendor relationships.
