Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday
Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Operator, you'll support daily production activities ensuring smooth operations. You'll work closely with your team to set up machinery, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot issues, all while contributing to the company's growth and success.

What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up machines to begin a production cycle efficiently.
• Controlling and adjusting machine settings, such as speed, to maximize productivity.
• Inspecting parts during production to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Spot welding strut components together with precision.
• Loading un-coilers and setting up roll form presses as needed.
• Labeling and stacking finished parts coming out of the press.
• Troubleshooting machine issues that may arise during your shift to minimize downtime.
• Regularly checking output to identify any mistakes or flaws in the process.
• Keeping accurate production counts and entering data into the tracking system.
• Cleaning and maintaining the work area at the end of each shift.
• Performing other duties as required to support the team and production goals.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior maintenance or welding experience (a plus but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail to identify quality issues.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
• Reliable and punctual with a focus on safety and efficiency.
