Production Lead

About The Job

Danone Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. The Production Lead – Plant 3 will be based in Eugene/Springfield, OR and will work a Monday‑Friday shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM). The role is responsible for leading employees through daily tasks, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed, and meeting plant and team goals while adhering to safety procedures outlined in GMP, plant rules, and the code of conduct.

• Maintain a safe working environment and encourage participation in safety work.
• Conduct yourself and encourage coworkers to act consistently with the company mission, values, code of conduct, and policies.
• Coach and mentor employees and assist with training assessments in collaboration with supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional groups at all levels to solve problems.
• Ensure all production documentation is complete and accurate, transform information into daily shift reports, and communicate effectively to all relevant parties.
• Perform levels one and two preventive maintenance (PMs) as needed and oversee completion of PMs by coworkers.
• Conduct advanced level equipment troubleshooting to maintain production and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee and complete sanitation cleaning of all equipment when necessary.
