Press Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.51 to $ 17.87 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available
• Day
  
  Shift: Monday
  - Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm
• Swing
  
  Shift: Monday
  - Thursday from 2:30pm to 1:00am
• Operate press machinery to produce quality metal parts to customer specifications.
• Package finished products using the correct boxes, labels, and pallet quantities.
• Learn and operate a variety of press machines through ongoing, hands-on training.
• Maintain production standards while following safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous press operator experience or equivalent machine operation experience in a metal production/manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+lb consistently
