Senior Enablement Copywriter

• Craft compelling and effective copy aligned with the bank's brand voice for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with marketing, product, project management, compliance, creative, and banking teams
• Create clear, persuasive, and compliant content for digital, print, and social media channels
• Find creative, concise, and effective editorial solutions for stakeholders' needs
• Write emails, web and internal communications content, direct mail, advertisements, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces
• Bring big ideas to life in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Support and improve copy production operations and the overall copy production system
• Craft messaging for campaigns and directives, implementing and elevating Columbia's brand voice
• Write and edit content to elevate and distinguish the commercial bank business
• Update project status for copy production workflow using Wrike or other relevant technology
• Ensure content adheres to regulatory guidelines and brand standards
• Maintain knowledge of banking regulations and complete required training
• Coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as a subject matter expert when requested
• Foster Columbia's corporate culture and support its vision to become Business Bank of Choice
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 5-10 years of copywriting experience in a fast-paced detailed oriented business environment required
• Preferably experience writing for the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
• Strong ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy aligned with the bank's brand voice
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and compliance departments
• Ability to build and develop strong relationships with project managers and designers
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Capability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform content strategy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adjust writing style and tone for different channels and target audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Seismic administrative experience preferred
• Occasional travel may be required
• Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s)
