Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly range: $49.30 – $77.46, depending on collective bargaining agreements

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Document care accurately in the health record
  • Direct and delegate care to team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development
  • Support hospital policies, quality initiatives, safety, and infection prevention practices
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • One year of acute care experience required.
  • Oregon RN license and BLS certification required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patient-centered approach, and basic computer proficiency
