Position Overview

Oregon Urology Institute has openings for a Physician Associate/​Nurse Practitioner. The Institute is one of the largest, most advanced urological centers in the Northwest and provides patients with leading‑edge technologies, including robotic surgery, immunotherapy, and radiation therapy.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Provides care primarily in an office setting, with hospital rounding responsibilities.
  • Evaluate patients to determine their medical condition.
  • Perform clinical procedures for patient benefit that are within the scope and skill of the practitioner and economically feasible.
  • Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals.
  • Maintains accurate, complete, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Perform other job‑related duties, as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of Oregon or the ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to obtain a DEA license.
  • Knowledge of treatment and drug interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
