About the RoleWe’re seeking an Infusion RN who thrives in a patient‑focused, fast‑paced clinical setting. You’ll play a key role in delivering infusion therapies, monitoring patient safety, and ensuring exceptional care coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Administer infusion therapies following provider orders and protocols.
- Review labs, assess patient conditions, and identify concerns requiring PCP communication.
- Monitor for adverse reactions and escalate issues to the attending physician.
- Triage patient questions in‑clinic and over the phone.
- Recognize symptoms of GI/GU bleeding and initiate timely referrals.
- Determine appropriate visit frequency based on clinical data.
- Educate patients and coordinate interdisciplinary services when needed.
- Document all treatments, reactions, and follow‑up plans accurately.
