About the Position
We are seeking an  Operating Room RN  for  night shifts (4x10, 20:45–07:15)  in a Level 2 Trauma setting. The RN will provide care across multiple surgical specialties, including Orthopedic, Neuro, General/Trauma, Vascular, GYN/Uro, ENT/Plastics, Robotics, and Eyes. Clinicians will work  1:1 ratios  in a high-acuity environment, utilizing advanced equipment such as  DaVinci Robotics, Neuro Beds, Doppler, Ultrasound, and various surgical systems .

Orientation occurs bi-weekly, and the position guarantees  40 hours per week , with  on-call up to four 8-hour shifts per month . Epic EMR is used for documentation.

Requirements

Trauma experience required; well-rounded experience across all surgical specialties listed above

Orthopedic:  2 years level 1–2 experience (including total joints)

Neuro:  2 years level 2 experience (including crani procedures)

Experience in Gen/Trauma, Vascular, GYN/Uro, Robotics, ENT/Plastics, Eyes

Comfortable working in a  Level 2 Trauma unit

Epic EMR:  Minimum 1 year of experience required

Certifications:

BLS required , ACLS and PALS strongly preferred

Pending licenses accepted; first-time OR RNs  not accepted

Must be willing to float within scope if required (TBD for block schedule)
