Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (RN - CVICU) –
Full Time

• Dynamic CVICU RN to join team, providing compassionate and reliable care to patients needing close monitoring and frequent assessments.
• Make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously.
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to provide excellent patient care.
• Serve as patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Education
  • Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Preferred specialty certification.
• Experience
  • Minimum of six months critical‑care RN experience (ICU or ED) in an acute care facility within the last five years required, or successful completion of an approved critical‑care training course/orientation and standard competencies within six months of hire.
  • Preferred:
    Minimum of one year RN experience in an ICU specializing in Cardiac, Neuro or Trauma.
• Credentials
  • State of Oregon Nursing License required.
  • Basic Life Support required upon hire.
  • ACLS required according to Resuscitation Training Completion Requirements policy.
  • NIHSS and TNCC required within 12 months of hire/transfer date.
  • Preferred: CCRN, CSC, SCRN and TCRN.
