Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

Oregon Urology Institute, one of the largest urological centers in the Northwest, is seeking a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our independent medical group. The provider will be an integral member of the health team, delivering comprehensive care to patients with acute or chronic urologic conditions in a Urology-focused setting.

• Provides care primarily in an office setting, with hospital rounding responsibilities.
• Evaluate patients to determine their medical condition.
• Perform clinical procedures within scope and skill of the practitioner and that are economically feasible.
• Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain.
• Ability to obtain a DEA license.
• Knowledge of treatment and drug interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
