Job Overview
Support a LTC facility in Springfield, OR!
Schedule:
Saturday–Tuesday – 8 hrs, evenings 2pm–10pm.
Pay Breakdown: $20.50/hr (taxed); $1,200/wk non‑taxed;
Weekly Gross: $1,856.
- Must have 6 months Long Term Care experience in the last 3 years.
- Must have current CPR/BLS certification.
- Must have an active/unencumbered Oregon RN license.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a post‑acute care setting. This role includes assessing patient health, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide high‑quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed assessments of patient health conditions and monitor ongoing health status.
- Implement individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes, treatment protocols, and self‑care.
- Assist with CNA duties as needed (kitchen – dishes, passing trays, etc.).
