* Role:
Full-time Operating Room RN - Night Shift Weekend position

* Schedule:

.9 FTE working every Saturday/Sunday plus 1 additional shift

* Shift: 12-hour Night shifts, 1845 - 0715

* Unit: 26 OR suites that includes 22 main OR suites, 2 hybrid and 2 CVOR

* Features:
Da Vinci 5 and XI Robots, Smart ORs

* Hospital:
Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield, Oregon - 350-bed acute care regional medical center with a Level II trauma center

We offer you:

* A wage range of $50.78 - $79.78; rate of pay is dependent upon several factors including RN work experience and terms of the Oregon Nurses Association Union Contract.

Position Details:

Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team.

* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.

* Documents patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.

* Directs and delegates care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.

* Ensures own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.

* Participates in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Required:

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing

* Required:

Minimum 1-year operating room circulating experience in full service OR in a trauma center hospital.

* Ability to independently scrub & circulate major cases in full service operating room preferred.

* Required:

Oregon Registered Nurse License

* Required:

Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support Certification
