Peace Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for our Level II Trauma Center. The 54-bed ED offers 12-hour night shifts with a 0.9 FTE; a meaningful role providing exceptional care when patients need it most.
We value nurses with ED experience in comparable settings, who will participate in education, policy development, and patient safety initiatives while supporting a collaborative nursing team. A BSN-aligned path yields 4% more pay for BSN-prepared staff.
