An exciting leadership opportunity is now available in Springfield, Oregon, for an experienced and motivated Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) to step into the role of Chief of Specialty. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the specialty department
Lead a team of specialists and support staff, cultivating a positive and productive work culture
Develop and implement innovative clinical programs and operational protocols
Collaborate across departments to optimize workflow and client service
Set and uphold high standards in patient care, client communication, and staff development
Mentor and inspire veterinary professionals, fostering ongoing education and clinical growth
DVM or VMD (or equivalent)
10+ years of veterinary experience, ideally within a specialty setting
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong clinical skills in complex or high-acuity cases
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Oregon
