ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced internal medicine consultations and treatment plans
Diagnose and manage complex medical cases
Perform specialist procedures and advanced diagnostics where appropriate
Collaborate with emergency clinicians and veterinary specialists
Mentor and support other veterinary team members
Participate in case discussions and continuing education initiatives
Contribute to a positive, learning‑focused hospital culture
Build strong relationships with referring veterinarians and clients
The ideal candidate will have:
Board certification in Veterinary Internal Medicine or completion of an approved residency programme
Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Oregon
Strong clinical expertise in internal medicine
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary patient care
Interest in mentorship, education, and continued professional development
