Required Qualifications- Minimum 2+ year of experience in a veterinary clinical setting
- Veterinary Technician/Assistant Certification preferred
- Fear Free Certification recommended
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods
- Strong client communication and education skills
- Commitment to 7+ CE hours per year (paid)
- Availability for occasional emergency shifts or on-call coverage
- Collaborate with veterinarians on diagnostics and treatments
- Deliver clear and compassionate client education
- Maintain high standards of care, cleanliness, and compliance
- Engage in practice software and medical record management
- Train and support team members when needed
- Perform Client Experience Representative duties as needed
- Participate in meetings, hospital events, and ongoing learning opportunities
