Dietary Aide​/Part Time

The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care, located in Springfield, OR is seeking a dedicated and friendly Dietary Aide to support our dining team and help ensure high-quality meal service for the residents in our community.

• Assist with basic food preparation and portioning under the direction of the cook.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Deliver meal trays to resident neighborhoods and assist with meal distribution as needed.
• Support kitchen operations during meal service, including restocking and light cleaning tasks.
• Assist with special events or community functions as needed.
• Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure residents are treated with privacy, respect, and dignity at all times.
• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete all state-required training upon hire and annually.

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
• Prior experience in food service, kitchen support, or dietary roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods as needed for kitchen operations.

• Part Time
• Hours: 20-25 hours/week
• Availability: Must be available to work weekends.
