Adhere to and practice the companys service standards with each customer and meet sales/work goals as directed by store management;
Lead other team members by example in accuracy/completeness of work;
Control cash and maintain accuracy of sales transactions and process all sales through the POS terminal in accordance with policy;
Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness; participate in inventories and merchandise placement as needed;
Promote company rewards program and other business initiatives
