Leverage insights and best practices to create and evolve the store experience; lead the development and evolution of a best‑in‑class retail experience across all store concepts, including services and membership, that ultimately inspire, power, and serve the geographies. Drive a member‑first journey, liaise with cross‑functional partners to innovate and evolve retail marketing for consumers, and partner on strategies that support stores, product and service experiences, membership innovation, and the evolution for an O2O member‑first journey.

Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, , IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Must have a Master’s degree in Arts and Science, Regional Planning, Architecture, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.
