This position is only eligible for in office/branch work arrangements at the Thurston Branch and will serve the Thurston and Mohawk areas.

Compensation
  • The base salary for the Personal Lines Specialist position is $28.27 per hour, that may decrease after three years if minimum production goals are not achieved.
  • Candidates who pass the Spanish language assessment may be eligible for a Spanish-language differential.
  • Commissions
    :
    This position is eligible to earn commissions in addition to the base salary. These commissions range from $170 to $7,400 per month, with an average of $3,100 per month, depending on the product type. Commission amounts are paid in the amount exceeding the base salary.
  • Incentives
    :
    This position is eligible for a monthly incentive typically ranging from $0 to $375.

Generate insurance sales and preserve existing clients and policies.

Position-specific Essential Functions
  • Generate insurance sales through external contacts and internal referrals and service existing policies.
  • Finalize insurance sales by ensuring documentation is accurately completed in a timely manner.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; and
  • Three (3) years of sales experience in insurance products; and
