Security Officer Retail site

Allied Universal - Up to $18.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and/or mall location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter routes, noting and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, property damage, and/or lost and found situations; request assistance from law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.;
Monitor access points and public areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, assist with crowd control during peak traffic and/or special events, and support tenant requests consistent with site directives.;
Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate observations and follow-up needs to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
