Blaster Apprentices - $24/hr + Per Diem + Accommodations Provided - Springfield, OR

Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. is seeking Blaster Apprentices to join their dynamic team in Springfield, Oregon. What You’ll Need
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations/accidents in 3 years, no DUIIs)
  • Ability and willingness to travel away from home (typically Sunday/Monday to Friday)
  • Physical stamina: able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Pre‑employment and random drug testing (zero‑tolerance policy, including marijuana)
  • Background check through ATF
  • OSHA 10‑Hour Construction Certification preferred (company will assist if not already obtained)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
  • Adaptability and reliability in changing environments
