This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restoration Technician, based in the Greater Eugene‑Springfield Area. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for responding to property damage events, performing water damage mitigation, and conducting restoration tasks. Additional responsibilities include assessing damage, implementing effective restoration solutions, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively to provide exceptional service to clients.

• Proficiency in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration techniques
• Experience in Mitigation and handling property damage situations effectively
• Knowledge of managing and mitigating Invasive Species as part of property restoration
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus
