Substance Use Recovery Mentor (CRM)
Springfield Treatment Center is seeking a Substance Use Recovery Mentor (CRM) who brings compassion, purpose, and a genuine dedication to supporting individuals on their recovery journey.
Compensation$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr depending on experience.
LocationMust be willing to work at both Springfield and Eugene as needed.
Requirements- Minimum six months of relevant experience.

5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 – 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Day to Day- You will play a vital role in the recovery journey of our clients by attending group sessions alongside primary counselors, embodying a positive role model while reinforcing valuable suggestions based on your personal experiences.
- You’ll provide essential support, filling gaps that traditional counseling cannot, with services like telephonic support, case management, and meeting clients at community or 12-step gatherings.
- Working closely with clients at various stages of recovery, you will empower them to make informed, independent choices while connecting them with invaluable community resources.
- Embrace a flexible work schedule that accommodates early mornings, evenings, and weekends, ensuring you can meet clients where they are most comfortable and ready to grow.
- Certified as a Recovery Mentor issued by the Oregon state licensing body.
- Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances even those legal at the state level.
- Current driver's license.
