Be part of our exceptional wheelchair transport team!

We are seeking a courteous and friendly wheelchair Transport Driver who can deliver excellent customer service consistently. Drivers must assist clients getting in and out of the vehicle and assist clients with a "through the door" service. Applicants must have a flexible work schedule, to accommodate the business need.

Drivers are responsible for pre‑inspection checks on all vehicles they are driving. They must make sure all items or any other devices are stored away properly. Drivers must drive clients to and from destinations in a safe manner.

On the road locally in the region

• Valid State driver's license or commercial driver's license required.

• High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Valid CPR/First Aid card is preferred but not required.
• Drivers should be familiar with the driving region and the surrounding areas.

• Experience driving corporate clients and paratransit vehicles are a plus.
• Must have a valid
  specific
  state driver's license of posted job location for at least five (5) years with no more than one (1) moving violation or one (1) at fault accident in the last three (3) years.
• Applicants must be familiar with using cellular phones and navigating around areas using a GPS.
• Experience working with the elderly population
• Physical certifications:
  Non‑DOT Physical, Drug, TB, and Breath Alcohol test
• Acceptable background screens, which include but is not limited to criminal check and drug and alcohol screening
• Valid Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in another language in addition to English preferred

• Self‑motivated and responsible
• Willing to go the extra mil e

• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must pass pre‑employment screening - background and drug screen which includes alcohol screening
• May be subjected to multiple drug and alcohol screenings to maintain Driver credentials

Driver must be able to pass the physical test:

• Lift up to 50 LBS, push up to 150 LBS
• Bend from the waist
• Pivot from waist
• Be able to move from a standing position to kneeling position back to standing
