$0.62 – $0.68 CPM (based on experience, safety, and performance)

Top 30% earn $92,000 – $123,000 per year

Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional OTR routes

Safely haul no-touch dry van freight

Complete a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads

Deliver freight on time and in compliance with customer requirements

Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and Hours of Service regulations

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip records

Communicate load status with dispatch and driver management

Use a smartphone for dispatch and load updates

Report maintenance issues promptly

Represent Jacko Logistics professionally at all customer locations

Must be at least 23 years old

Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience

Clean PSP, MVR, and accident history

No SAP drivers

Smartphone required

Strong understanding of Hours of Service and rollover hours

Real  Passport required for orientation travel
