Job Summary Postal Delivery Systems is a growing USPS mail transportation contractor providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for the United States Postal Service.
We are seeking experienced CDL Class A Tractor-Trailer Drivers to transport USPS mail between postal facilities based out of Eugene, OR, including routes to and from local postal facilities within a 100-mile radius. Drivers are expected to operate safely while maintaining full compliance with USPS, DOT, and company regulations.
Flexible availability is required. We offer multiple shifts, seven days a week, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities Operate Class A commercial vehicles (53" Trailer) to transport USPS mail and equipment
Load, unload, and secure mail in accordance with USPS procedures
Maintain chain-of-custody and comply with all USPS security requirements
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (tractor and trailer)
Accurately complete driver logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation
Properly use and remain compliant with the DOT-mandated Electronic Logging Device (ELD) application at all times
Maintain assigned schedules and meet delivery deadlines
Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and USPS personnel
Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Maintain a professional appearance and clean equipment
Valid Class A Driver License and DOT Physical Exam Must be 25 years of age or older
Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
Postal Experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, MVR review by insurance, DOT drug testing and DOT physical examination.
Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a commercial motor vehicle
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
Ability to climb in and out of trucks safely
Ability to secure loads using ratchet straps, load bars, or other securement devices.
Ability to bend, stop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead,Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
