Assist Store Manager in managing Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery products;
Assist in inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service;
Maintain perishable stock levels and assist in training associates on presentation, freshness, and pricing standards;
Train associates in safe handling of food and proper stocking and rotation of Perishable products;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
