Ensure crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and train on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience;
Oversee the daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively and customer service is excellent;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient placement on the sales floor;
