Senior Accountant

Salary Range

$75,000 – $90,000 annually

This position supports full-cycle accounting operations in a high‑activity, blue‑collar environment. The Senior Accountant will help stabilize day‑to‑day workload and maintain accurate financial records during a period of increased transaction volume.

• Lead month-end close activities and produce accurate financial reporting
• Provide cross-functional accounting support as needed
• Utilize Foundation (construction-focused ERP) for daily and monthly processes
• Identify ways to streamline processes and support operational efficiency

• Strong experience with general ledger management and month-end close
• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, on‑site, industrial/blue-collar environment
• Proven track record of quickly integrating into accounting operations and adding stability
• Process‑oriented with the capacity to handle growing transaction volume
• Experience with industry-specific or construction ERP systems preferred (Foundation a plus)
