Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for complex industrial, manufacturing, data center, or mission‑critical projects. This role requires strong leadership, construction expertise, and the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

As a superintendent, you will oversee daily site activities, coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage safety and quality programs, and ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the jobsite.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site crews, ensuring work meets schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee daily field operations, including planning, workflow management, and resource allocation.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed operations.
• Track and manage project schedules, adjusting as needed in coordination with project management.
• Participate in project meetings, including trade coordination, progress updates, and inspections.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, including approval of timecards and material needs.
• Ensure quality compliance, including documentation, QA/QC processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate project closeouts, including punch lists and turnover activities.
• Support project pursuits and assist in evaluating risk and recommending solutions.
• Mentor and develop field staff to maintain high‑performance teams.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• 5+ years of construction experience
• 3+ years of field supervision or superintendent experience
• Experience on industrial, mission‑critical, or advanced manufacturing projects preferred
• Familiarity with Lean construction principles is a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software
• Knowledge of construction methods, trades, and self‑perform work
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Capable of problem‑solving and decision‑making in fast‑paced environments
• Physical ability to work on‑site, including lifting, climbing, walking, and standing

• Valid driver’s license required
• May require travel and/or relocation
• Exposure to extreme weather conditions may occur
• Flexible hours, including non‑traditional schedules, may be required
