As our next Process Engineer
, you’ll be at the forefront of developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes. Your expertise in automotive manufacturing and process engineering will be crucial in ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance while supporting continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.

- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Support APQP activities including Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Maintain process documentation such as SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- Support new equipment installation and process improvements.
- Monitor key process KPIs such as scrap, yield, and cycle time.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support training and development of operators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 environments.
- Experience participating in audits and compliance programs.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience training operators and supporting shop floor initiatives.
