Electrical Engineer/Technician
Location – Springfield, TN
Duration – 6 months to start with. In person (No Remote Working)
Rate: $22/hr on w2 all inclusive Client: HCL/Electrolux
Job Description:
1. Design and Develop detailed wiring harness drawings for appliances/commercial products. Work towards resolving technical issues related to wiring harness.
2. Design new wiring harness modules using tools such as E3-Zuken, Catia etc. Build wiring harness using hand crimp tools for prototype building. (Tools optional)
3. Be able to reference/utilize prepared information of the BOM (ANC; Zuken BOM) (Tools Optional)
4. Develop technical, and functionality, reliability, manufacturability, environmental impact, safety etc. considered during the development phase where needed
5. Perform root cause analysis on electromechanical aspects of wire harnesses and surrounding components.
6. 8D, Fishbone Diagrams, Boundaries Diagrams awareness working knowledge and support
7. Supporting new product development during build and unit tests.
