Manufacturing Project Engineer

Electrolux Group seeks a Manufacturing Project Engineer to drive safe, high-quality and efficient production for innovative home appliances. You will lead end-to-end projects to industrialize new products, optimize lines, and implement automation in a global, sustainability-focused environment. Partnering with cross functional teams, you will apply lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste, defects and downtime. You'll manage project plans, budgets and risks, support equipment commissioning, document robust processes, and champion continuous improvement, safety and customer-focused quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation to improve safety, quality and productivity
• Design and optimize production lines, tooling and fixtures using lean and Six Sigma principles
• Analyze process data to reduce waste, downtime and defects while meeting cost targets
• Collaborate with design, maintenance, quality and supply chain teams on new product industrialization
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and risk assessments for manufacturing changes
• Create and update process documentation, work instructions and PFMEAs
• Support commissioning, validation and ramp up of new equipment and automation
• Drive continuous improvement workshops and support operator training on new processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards in all project activities
• Report project status, KPIs and improvement results to engineering and plant leadership
