RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 3 days per week with every other weekend schedule

• Unit capacity: 27 beds on each floor (MS2 & MS3)

• Patient ratio: 5:1

• Float between MS2 and MS3 units as needed

• Work with post‑operative patients, especially orthopedic cases

• Perform blood transfusions, IV and central line maintenance

• Use Computer on Wheels, Pyxis, and Welch Allen vital sign machines

• Document using Meditech Expanse system

• Unit secretaries available during day shift, techs available on all shifts

• Must have basic Med/Surg experience with post‑op patient care

• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred but not required

• Dark blue uniform required
