Direct Support Professional

We are hiring for a Direct Support Professional in Springfield, TN. This role offers a regular full‑time position that provides personalized support to individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities or mental health and substance use challenges.

• Assist individuals in identifying and expressing their needs.
• Implement services aligned with person‑centered plans.
• Foster independence and self‑advocacy.
• Engage meaningfully in community activities.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals.

• Positive, personable, and compassionate.
• Completed pre‑employment screening including criminal background check (OIG, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities) and drug testing.
• Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
• Proof of employment history or references (if required).
• Driving license, insurance and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation (if required).
