- Springifield is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Clarksville, TN. • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors promptly

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility as needed
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
