Workstream is looking for a motivated General Manager in Training to join their team in Springfield, Tennessee. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who aspire to lead one of their restaurants. The training program will last 3 months and will prepare you to take on responsibilities as a General Manager.
You'll get hands-on experience in restaurant operations while working with skilled leaders. Successful candidates will transition into the General Manager role, leading all aspects of the restaurant operations.
