As our next Shipping Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of coordinating and executing the shipment of automotive parts in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Your expertise in logistics, shipping operations, and inventory control will be crucial in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant order fulfillment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare and package automotive parts for domestic and international shipments
Generate shipping documentation including labels, bills of lading, and paperwork
Schedule and coordinate pickups with carriers and freight companies
Verify shipments for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records in system databases
Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Support receiving, inventory control, and material handling as needed
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of shipping systems (Fed Ex, UPS, LTL) and ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
Forklift certification
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with inventory management systems
