** What You’ll Be Doing:
*** Develop and optimize injection molding processes for manufacturing operations
* Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
* Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product compliance
* Maintain documentation of process parameters and updates
* Train operators and technicians on molding procedures
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve cycle times
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations##

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years of experience in injection molding processes, preferably in automotive manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and materials
* Experience in process troubleshooting and optimization
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Strong communication and teamwork skills##
** Bonus Points If You Have:
*** Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
* Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
* Experience in high-volume automotive production environments
* Familiarity with quality management systems##
