Bath Fitter is looking for a hands‑on, self‑sufficient maintenance professional who thrives working independently and enjoys solving problems in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

We need someone proactive, mechanically minded, and resourceful — someone who can move from project to project, troubleshoot issues, and keep our facility running strong overnight.

• Troubleshoot & repair facility and production equipment
• Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and welding repairs
• Support preventive maintenance and improvement projects
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Work independently during overnight operations

• Maintenance, fabrication, or facility repair experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and lay out projects
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical systems
• Reliable, dependable, and self‑motivated

• Competitive hourly pay: $22‑$24 per hour, $5.00 shift differential, increase after 90 days
