As our next Injection Molding Process Technician, you'll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing injection molding processes to ensure high-quality production. Your expertise in molding technology and process improvement will be critical in achieving production efficiency, reducing scrap, and maintaining quality standards.

- Develop and optimize injection molding processes for manufacturing operations
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product compliance
- Maintain documentation of process parameters and updates
- Train operators and technicians on molding procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve cycle times
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in injection molding processes, preferably in automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and materials
- Experience in process troubleshooting and optimization
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
- Experience in high-volume automotive production environments
- Familiarity with quality management systems
