Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (3 days per week)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient operation while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure proper performance.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products throughout the production process.
- Verify that glue is at the correct consistency before and during production.
- Inspect equipment for proper operation and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Complete production documentation as required.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour first shift (5:00 AM–5:00 PM) three days per week.
